Due to continued expansion twenty four seven letting require an enthusiastic Letting Agent to join their busy team! Handling close to 200 properties your role will be to manage the existing property portfolio. This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied and hands on day, can organise well and thrives in a fast moving environment. Good communication skills and a friendly personality are essential! Previous letting or property experience is preferred.

Previous experience in the estate agency business, new homes or commercial property is essential. Duties to involve to be first point of contact for vendors and purchasers, preparing schedules and advertising literature, organising follow up viewings, preparing fee quotes, liaising with solicitors and surveyors.
